Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Customers will also receive tracking information once the order has been processed and dispatched. We will always strive to ensure that your tracking information is as up-to-date as possible, allowing you to monitor the exact progress of your order.
If you cannot locate your confirmation email or tracking information, please check your spam or promotional folders within your email inbox.

While most orders will fall within the timeframe ranges outlined, delivery may occasionally take longer or arrive earlier. Also note that any reference to "days" in relation to delivery times refers to business days.
Our Cancellation Policy
- How to Cancel: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at contact@lumotion.store, providing your order number if possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order before completing the payment process to minimise the need for cancellations or amendments. After placing your order, double-check the confirmation email to confirm the details are correct. Orders may be picked and packed immediately after payment, so if you need to cancel, we recommend contacting us as quickly as possible
- Our Commitment: We will always try to process your cancellation if you are unhappy with your order. However, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation, especially if the delivery process has already begun.
- Quick Cancellation: Orders are typically picked and packed within hours of being placed and may be dispatched as early as the following morning. For the best chance of cancelling before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. During peak times, orders may also be picked and dispatched over weekends, making cancellation more difficult.
Refund Process
If your cancellation is successfully processed before delivery, you will receive a full refund to the payment method used at checkout. Please allow several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Marked as Delivered
If the tracking information for your order shows it as delivered but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with neighbours or in common alternative delivery locations (e.g., front porch, recycling bin).
In rare cases, customers have discovered their packages in alternate locations after reporting them as undelivered, so please check carefully. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for lost packages once they are marked as delivered by our trusted couriers.
Tax & VAT
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable UK VAT, ensuring that the price you see is the price you pay.
For non-domestic goods, especially higher-value orders, customers may be contacted by couriers for additional customs information or fees. Please note that for customers outside the UK and EU, we are unable to offer refunds on the VAT included in the product price.
